Definition of Second - hand Product Condition

Scoring Rules

The full score for a brand - new product is 100 points. Scores are deducted according to the type and number of appearance damages (and deductions can be accumulated). The specific rules are as follows:

  • Dent (with obvious material loss): Deduct 10 points for each occurrence.
  • Scratch (a linear mark that damages the main body): Deduct 10 points for each occurrence.
  • Minor dent (a small impact mark without obvious material loss): Deduct 5 points for each occurrence.
  • Hairline scratch (a tiny linear mark that can be removed with a polishing board and causes no damage to the main body): Deduct 0.5 points for each occurrence.
  • Only removing the plastic packaging: Deduct 2 points (this applies when there is no other appearance damage).
